We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a global technology team driving digital transformation across operations, procurement, and supply chain planning. This role is all about enabling scalable, efficient, and future-ready enterprise solutions.

You'll work on two major streams:

  • Immediate delivery work supporting agile product teams with requirements, solution design, and technical documentation
  • Strategic transformation work shaping future-ready processes, global standards, and enterprise-level system integrations

Challenging Projects:

  • Defining and documenting business needs, "as-is" and "to-be" processes, and data flows
  • Translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
  • Designing and customising ERP and supply chain-related systems (Oracle ERP, integrations, SaaS platforms)
  • Facilitating workshops to drive ideation, solution design, and shared ownership
  • Partnering with global stakeholders, SaaS vendors, and technical teams to ensure scalable, quality solutions

Mandate:
Support global supply chain and operations initiatives by delivering well-structured requirements, robust documentation, and fit-for-purpose technical solutions that drive both efficiency and scale.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years as a Technical BA within Agile teams
  • Experience with enterprise systems, ERP (Oracle preferred), and supply chain, logistics or manufactoring related platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile practices, JIRA, Confluence, Swagger
  • Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, data flows, and process documentation
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, ETL, XML, Kafka, Boomi, or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
