Troocoo is proud to partner with a leading mining organisation to recruit a Procurement Officer for a long term contract opportunity. This role is based in Brisbane CBD.

This opportunity is suited for a Procurement Officer seeking to make meaningful contributions to both business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Procurement and Category Managers across a broad range of procurement activities
  • Prepare tender documentation and coordinate tender processes
  • Assist with tender evaluations and supplier assessments
  • Prepare approval and recommendation documents
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with governance requirements and established procurement processes
  • Provide assistance to Procurement Specialists in analysing, evaluating, and documenting business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complexities and ensure alignment with key objectives

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Procurement Analyst, Procurement Officer, or Business Analyst role
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail
