What's the role on offer?
We're seeking a motivated Procurement Officer to join our Brisbane Head Office team. In this role, you'll support our national maintenance operations and part sales activities by managing purchasing, repair, and service orders. With a focus on best practice, you'll help drive safety, efficiency, and cost control across Alliance Airlines' growing network.
- Manage purchasing, repairs, and service orders to support maintenance and part sales across the business.
- Deliver timely, cost-effective procurement solutions that meet internal and external stakeholder needs.
- Analyse data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports to monitor procurement performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight providers, and internal teams.
- Contribute to training, mentoring, audits, and process improvements within the procurement function.
- Champion Alliance's commitment to safety, security, and compliance, ensuring every procurement activity supports the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive team player who's ready to bring their procurement expertise to a fast-paced aviation environment.
- Experience in procurement, supply, or administration, with qualifications in procurement or contracting highly regarded.
- Knowledge of supply chain and supplier management, ideally with exposure to aviation operations and systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Highly organised with proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to confidently use multiple programs and systems.
