In collaboration with the Queensland State Government, Emanate Technology is looking for a Principal Procurement Officer (AO7). This role plays a key part in delivering ICT procurement excellence across government, ensuring value, compliance, and innovation in every contract.
What you'll be doing
- Scoping ICT procurement from initiation to contract execution.
- Leading sourcing, tendering, and negotiation under QITC and QPP.
- Managing contract renewals, performance, and service levels.
- Developing team capability and improving procurement practices.
- Preparing procurement and supplier performance reports.
- Representing TDS in committees, working groups, and vendor forums.
- Collaborating with ICT leaders to build supplier relationships.
What you need to bring
- Experience delivering ICT procurement under QITC and QPP.
- Proven ability managing contracts, vendors, and performance.
- Demonstrated capability leading teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in prioritising tasks and resolving workflow issues.
- Knowledge of software licensing, audits, and governance controls.
