Key Responsibilities:

· Participate in the development, evaluation, and negotiation of contract modifications, service agreements, and cleaning programs.

· Address inquiries and resolve issues regarding cleaning contracts, service agreements, and client requirements.

· Manage documentation related to cleaning contracts, service agreements, and operational protocols.

· Supervise cleaning contractors' activities, ensuring compliance with work orders and service standards.

· Prepare detailed submissions and reports on cleaning operations, including quality assessments and performance metrics.

· Evaluate data related to cleaning projects, analyse outcomes, and report findings to management.

Skills and Experience Required:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience working in the cleaning or construction industry.

  2. Relevant qualifications in Management, such as a Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent.

  3. Railway Industry Worker (RIW) Card, to work on railway infrastructure, including train stations.

  4. Proven experience in contract administration, team management, or a related role in the construction or cleaning industry, with a strong track record of leadership and team management in a recognized company.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of contract administration principles and practices

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to interpret and manage contracts, including tendering and procurement processes

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) principles and regulations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act

  • Experience in a similar role in the construction or cleaning industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
