The Opportunity:
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role leading Project Atlas, a transformative program focused on migrating core systems across commercial underwriting agency businesses within Steadfast. The Project Manager will act as a strategic liaison between Miramar, Steadfast Group, Steadfast Technologies, and platform vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, multi-stakeholder technology transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of the commercial business migration program, from planning to BAU transition.Manage project governance, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.Oversee risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Coordinate cross-functional teams and platform vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to support system adoption.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align program outcomes with strategic business goals.Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs with C-suite engagement.Proven ability to manage multiple tech vendors and align deliverables with business objectives.Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS DevOps, and MS Project.Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies.Relevant project management certifications (e.g., Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2) and experience in IT or Fintech environments.Benefits
