is a well-established 175 seat waterfront Australian seafood restaurant of fifteen years located in the sought after dining precinct of Barangaroo, overlooking Sydney Harbour and Crown casino.

With a focus on showcasing Australian produce and serving sustainable seafood in a beautiful waterfront setting with friendly, attentive service, has found great success at the Barangaroo precinct.

We are seeking a candidate who will help us oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, understanding the importance of our core concepts of value, provenance and service.

About the role

Joining a supportive team, the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager is to assist with the smooth running of our venue and to ensure the delivery of quality service to each and every guest.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • an understanding of directing a fast-paced environment
  • a floor based role working closely and openly as a team
  • a strong focus on consistent, quality customer service
  • leading, motivating and training our biggest asset - our staff - creating a positive work culture

About you

Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a positive, can-do attitude? This is a highly visible, engaging role and we are seeking a candidate who is passionate about providing an exceptional guest dining experience.

  • excellent Australian wine knowledge and bar experience
  • 1 year experience in a high volume, quality restaurant
  • positive engagement with your team, the kitchen and our guests
  • the ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally
  • the ability to share your knowledge, motivate and inspire your team
  • you will have excellent communication and leadership skills
  • be innovative - we welcome new ideas
