Key responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling, patient records and communication to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist healthcare professionals to smoothly perform their required duties
• Provide excellent service to patient and their families, enhancing their experience
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient information and associated data
• Aid in the improvements of administrative processes

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

We also operate Sunbury Community Hospital, Sunshine Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre, Melton Health and Community Services, Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre, Caroline Springs Community Health Centre and Grant Lodge Residential Aged Care in Bacchus Marsh. Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women's prison located in Ravenhall.
