Role Overview
We are seeking a
full-time or part-time Migration Coordinator
based in St Kilda, VIC. This role is pivotal in supporting our Registered Migration Agents and clients throughout the visa application process. The Migration Coordinator will manage documentation, ensure compliance with Australian migration regulations, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of end-to-end migration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage visa application processes from consultation to submission.
- Assist clients with document collection, verification, and preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with migration regulations.
- Liaise with clients, employers, and stakeholders to provide updates and clarify requirements.
- Prepare and review application forms, supporting letters, and related documentation.
- Monitor visa application progress and follow up with relevant authorities.
- Support Registered Migration Agents in case preparation and research.
- Deliver high-quality client service through timely and professional communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in migration services, legal administration, or case coordination preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Australian visa processes, or willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and case management software (Migration Manager experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-focused mindset with high professionalism.
