My client is an accounting firm who is seeking an Office Administrator / Client Services Coordinator. This innovative boutique firm service a diverse client base of SMEs, start ups, investments, family groups and high net wealth individuals.
Working in a business support team, you'll be liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Data-entry and record keeping
- Monitor outgoing correspondence to clients ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Collate financial reports and tax returns
- Filing, scanning, emailing and posting of documents
- Provide overall admin support to the Accounting team when required
- Archiving and file management
- Preparation of instruction manuals and documents
- Reception relief
Applicants:
- Must have previous Admin experience at a professional services firm
- Strong IT and Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Experience across MYOB and Xero highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
