We're excited to announce that Jolly Cakery, Melbourne's much-loved cake and dessert brand, is opening a brand-new location in Sydney this October Known for our signature chiffon cakes, handcrafted desserts, and custom cake artistry, Jolly Cakery is where tradition meets creativity — and every bake tells a story.

From our humble beginnings in Melbourne, we've built a reputation for quality, creativity, and a touch of playfulness. Now, we're bringing that same passion to Sydney — and we're looking for experienced people to join our very first team.

We're Hiring

  • Cake Artists – skilled in custom decoration and creative design
  • Bakers / Pastry Chefs – with a love for precision, quality, and innovation

What We Offer

  • Be part of Jolly Cakery's first Sydney team from the ground up
  • Full-time role, 8-hour shifts (9am–4pm), capped at 38 hours per week, with a 3-month probation review
  • $30–$35/hr, depending on skills & experience (negotiable)
  • Training with senior cake artists in Melbourne

What We're Looking For

  • Only experienced cake artists, bakers, or pastry chefs will be considered
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Reliable team players with positive energy and creativity
  • Driver's license preferred (for occasional deliveries)
