What's the role?
As our Venue Manager at Chippendale, you'll be right at the heart of the action – leading your team, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves smiling. From assisting with daily operations to rostering, KPI management, and team development, you'll play a key role in launching and running our brand new Yo-Chi in one of Sydney's most vibrant precincts.
We're looking for leaders who:
- Have leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Have proven success supporting a manager with labour, COGS, stock and KPIs
- Are people focused with a passion for building strong team culture
- Thrive in fast paced environments and love a challenge
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment
- Are organised, driven and hungry to grow
- Embrace a Positive CHI attitude and bring great energy to the team
