Alcotraz Sydney is opening end of September and is hiring bar staff for Tuesday - Saturday. Looking for supporting bartenders with good Friday/Saturday availability.

**Knowledge of making high quality cocktails in a fast paced, high urgency environment is essential**

We're looking for bartenders wanting to be part of an amazing team and different experience.

Pay: $36.50 AUD an hour + superannuation, therefore $40.50 AUD an hour in total

On Site Hours:

  • Circa 15-20 Hours a week with shows running Tuesday to Saturday. Subject to guest numbers each week.
