We are a premium outdoor furniture company originally founded in China and now expanding into the Australian market under our new brand. Our product lines include high-end **gazebos, pergolas, fire pits, patio dining sets, BBQ tools**, and **poolside accessories**—designed for Australian homes with a focus on quality, style, and durability.
As a fast-growing startup, we are committed to building a strong local presence and long-term partnerships. We are currently seeking an experienced **Sales Manager** to lead our Australian sales strategy and execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive B2B sales across Australia by targeting furniture retailers, home improvement chains (e.g., Bunnings), property developers, landscapers, and hospitality groups.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with decision-makers and procurement professionals.
- Assist in establishing and managing B2C channels, including our eCommerce platform, retail promotions, and brand presence.
- Work closely with our Chinese HQ and marketing team to align product positioning and customer outreach.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, client feedback, and local market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Australian market.
- Proven ability to build a local client base and close high-value deals.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and eCommerce best practices.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Base Salary: AUD $85,000 - $100,000**, depending on experience.
- **Performance-Based Bonus**: A significant portion of your compensation will be **directly linked to your sales performance**. You will receive **a commission based on a percentage of your closed sales**, with no cap on earnings.
