Salary and Features of the position:

  • Construction Lawyer (Junior/Associate): $90,000 – $140,000 + super (depending on experience)

About the position:

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for Construction Lawyers between 1–5 years' PAE to join their team. Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for more senior roles.

  • Work across complex construction litigation, disputes, and security of payment matters
  • Advise and represent a broad range of clients, from developers and contractors to major industry stakeholders
  • Gain direct access to high-quality matters and senior partner mentoring
  • Play a key role in growing your practice area within a thriving boutique firm

Key Requirements:

  • 1–5 years' PAE (junior to associate level) — more senior candidates will also be considered
  • Background or exposure in construction litigation or security of payment matters (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong technical, drafting, and communication skills
  • Interest in specialising in construction law and building a long-term career in the sector
  • Energetic, motivated, and detail-focused approach
