We represent a major Australian top-tier law firm seeking a high-performing construction and major projects lawyer (2 to 4 years' PAE) to join one of the largest and most dedicated construction and projects teams in the Asia-Pacific region.
Major Projects & Construction
This nationally integrated team works on some of the most complex infrastructure, construction, facilities management and government procurement projects in the country.
You will work closely with leading partners and gain exposure to a range of matters including:
- Government and private sector procurement
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on construction and services
- contracts
- A diverse client base including the ASX listed corporates, and various state and federal government departments.
Position Description
This role is ideal for a 2 to 4 year PAE level lawyer looking to deepen their
expertise in construction, infrastructure and procurement.
You will enjoy a steady flow of challenging and high impact work as well as a broad spread of clients across both public and private sectors. You will be working in a collaborative, high performing team with strong mentorship and leadership.
Additionally, you will be working on some of the largest and most high-profile projects and procurements in the country, across various industry
sectors.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Technical legal experience in construction and/or procurement
- Experience drafting and reviewing a range of contract, project and
- tender documentation
- Confidence interacting with clients and working collaboratively in a team
- A proactive, curious approach with a strong attention to detail
