They work closely with developers, contractors, subcontractors, and government clients on a wide range of projects, advising on both front-end contracts and back-end disputes. With a strong pipeline of matters and a supportive team culture, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Construction Lawyer at Junior to Associate level to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Advising clients on construction contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating D&C, EPC, subcontract, and consultancy agreements.
  • Assisting with dispute resolution, including security of payment claims, adjudications, mediations, and litigation.
  • Conducting legal research, preparing advice, and supporting senior lawyers on complex construction and infrastructure matters.
  • Managing client relationships and providing timely, practical, and commercially focused legal solutions.
  • Preparing pleadings, correspondence, and other court documents where required.
  • Contributing to the firm's knowledge base and business development initiatives in the construction space.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

  • Experience in construction law (front-end, back-end, or mixed).
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Experience in contract administration, security of payment, or construction disputes is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset with eagerness to learn and develop.
