Construction Lawyer

Talent Connect is currently partnering with a boutique law firm based in the CBD. With the firm growing, they are currently seeking a Construction Lawyer with a minimum 1 years PAE. You will be working closely with the Principal of the firm.
Duties:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of industry-specific and general commercial contracts between the different parties
- Acting for a variety of clients including builders, property developers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, landowners and more.
- Managing prospective client relationships
- Provide legal advice to clients
Who you are:
- 1+ years PAE
- Strong work ethic
- Driven
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
