The Senior Bus Driver will implement bus rosters to meet planned service activities as scheduled by the HCC transport administration team, maintain safety standards in a community transport service environment and supervise bus drivers to ensure aged care quality standards and work health safety standards are met.

What this role looks like:


• Supervise all bus drivers ensuring Safety and compliance is maintained


• Manage and monitor fleet operations


• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the bus depot, including opening and closing, ensuring safe parking of buses, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness and conducting morning toolbox talks and reports.


• Assess the roadworthiness of each bus by conducting daily inspections before they depart


• Recommend procedures and or actions to the Team Leader transport

What are we seeking in our new team member:


• Minimum 5 years of experience driving a bus


• Bus Driver Authority NSW


• Drivers Licence min (Class LR) – NSW


• First Aid - CPR (HLTAID009)


• First Aid - (HLTAID011)
