Senior Yard Coordinator
to join our
Seven Hills
workshop team.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day

  • Coordinate the movement of new, used and rental equipment around the yard and workshop
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring all trucks are tagged and stored correctly
  • Support the workshop and rental teams with machine allocations, attachments, and job coordination
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard and workshop environment
  • Inspect used equipment, prepare rating plates, and assist with Q&A checks before customer delivery
  • Assist with raising purchase orders and other general administration tasks
  • Provide guidance and support to yard and workshop team members

What We're Looking For

  • Forklift licence and driver's licence
  • Experience in a warehouse, workshop, or yard environment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A sense of initiative and the ability to work under pressure
