Human Resources Advisor

About The Role
Initially based in our well-appointed North Sydney office, you will ultimately join our site-based construction team as the sole HR Advisor supporting engineers, blue-collar workers, and HSE teams. You will deliver strategic and generalist HR services including workforce planning, remuneration, and talent development within a fast-paced pipeline construction project. This role requires onsite presence 3 days a week with flexible hours aligned to construction schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver core HR support: new employee onboarding, performance, employee relations.
- Manage workforce planning and structural resource mobilization.
- Lead diversity, inclusion, and HR compliance reporting.
- Support change management and talent development initiatives.
- Administer remuneration and benefits programs.
About you
You bring strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to HR in a construction or similar environment. While HR qualifications are preferred, we welcome candidates with relevant experience and a willingness to grow.
- White Card and Driver's License essential
- Ability to work onsite and adapt within a fast-moving construction setting
