What you'll do

As a Risk Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, influencing strategic decision-making and helping them navigate risk and compliance with confidence and clarity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Embedding and operationalising Tabcorp's enterprise risk and compliance frameworks
• Supporting risk identification, understanding of key compliance obligations and driving the development and implementation of controls
• Conducting root cause analysis of incidents and driving continuous improvement
• Leading risk governance forums and preparing insightful risk reporting for senior stakeholders
• Providing strategic risk advice on key change initiatives
• Uplifting risk capability and awareness across the organisation

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or advisory
• Deep technical knowledge of risks and controls
• An analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and propose pragmatic and practical solutions
• Experience in large, regulated businesses or professional services
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
