Exciting opportunity to support the Head of Business Management, 1LoD Risk and Senior Manager Risk – Finance in strengthening Finance's Risk Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver risk and control assessments across Finance.
  • Lead and execute the 1LoD Controls Assurance Plan and Risk Reporting Framework.
  • Manage Finance risk data in TRACx.
  • Partner with stakeholders on Risk & Control Self-Assessments.
  • Drive incident and breach management, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Support the Finance Risk Committee with insights and deep dives.
  • Foster a strong risk and compliance culture across Finance.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in risk and/or compliance.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and reporting ability.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
