The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to drive uplift across enterprise risk reporting and automation within a high-performing governance function. As Risk Reporting Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in embedding structure, consistency, and insight across the organisation's risk management framework. Partnering with senior risk leaders and IT stakeholders, you'll help shape how risk data is captured, analysed, and presented, contributing directly to operational excellence and compliance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine risk reporting processes and outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards
  • Partner with stakeholders across Risk and IT to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across the risk function
  • Maintain and enhance the GRC toolset, ensuring configuration aligns with business needs and framework updates
  • Prepare clear, visually engaging reports and presentations for senior leadership and governance committees
  • Document reporting definitions, data rules, and assurance processes to support continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Information Technology
  • 2–3 years' experience within a Line 1 or Line 2 Risk, Audit, or Compliance environment
  • Strong technical capability in data management, reporting, and automation tools
  • Proven ability to interpret business requirements and deliver practical, technology-enabled reporting solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Exposure to GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream)
  • Experience working within large, complex or regulated organisations
