What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify operational risks and regulatory obligations, assess their impact, and lead change initiatives.
  • Advise leaders on applying risk and compliance frameworks to improve business outcomes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed risk strategies into systems and processes.
  • Design and implement controls to manage operational risks and ensure policy compliance.
  • Support risk profiling and develop key indicators for ongoing monitoring.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk and compliance policies tailored to business needs.
  • Maintain strong communication with divisional leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting their growth and capability uplift.
  • Lead initiatives across risk, obligations, events, change, and policy domains.
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk maturity and practices.
  • Manage regulatory responses, audits, and compliance obligations effectively.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and compliance through strategic execution.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years' experience in operational risk management.
  • Deep expertise in risk and compliance disciplines.
  • Strong background in the tech industry with a pragmatic, commercial mindset.
  • Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in distributed squad structures.
  • Solid IT knowledge and strategic execution capabilities.
