We're looking for an experienced
Risk Manager
to join our clients growing financial services team. This role will oversee
risk management across trading platforms, client exposures, and hedging strategies
, ensuring robust controls and compliance across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor daily risk, exposures, and trading activity.
  • Develop and implement risk frameworks and controls.
  • Oversee hedging with Prime Brokers / Liquidity Providers.
  • Manage margin calls, liquidations, and reconciliations.
  • Investigate and escalate unusual trading behaviour.
  • Deliver clear risk reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with compliance, trading, and tech teams.
  • Mentor junior staff and build strong risk awareness across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven risk management experience in
    CFD/FX or financial markets
    .
  • Strong knowledge of trading products, market structure, and trade lifecycles.
  • Skilled in building and managing risk frameworks.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to work across teams and with external partners.
  • Comfortable with trading/risk management systems and driving process improvements.
  • Flexible to support global operations when needed.
