The Opportunity

Partnered with Rubiks Roofing, we are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join the team in a leading role, with a progressive Roofing business. You will have a high level of professionalism, representing and promoting Rubiks Roofing in all the communities they work with. Being a role model for multiple teams and delivering high standards with your strong communication and management skills.

This position is full-time, and based in Harlaxton, Toowoomba.

Job Details

Rubiks Roofing's established building team, offer both the ability and experience to solve client concerns and deliver results with speed, courtesy and technical efficiency in-line with HB39 Plumbing standards.

Your duties will include, but is not limited to:

  • Managing Crews, upskilling team members and assisting with building team culture
  • Ensuring strict deadlines and KPI's are met in all locations
  • Conduct weekly meetings to discuss job outcomes and team performance
  • Measure Jobs
  • Provide Quality Auditing of jobs
  • Roof reports
  • Rectification Work- conduct with the teams to upskill
  • Build better processes and systems to benefit the Rubiks Roofing team
  • Site Safety and WHS compliance checks across all sites
About You

The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in Roofing or as a qualified Carpenter.

You must have excellent communication skills, and be ready and willing to undertake physical work in an indoor and outdoor setting. You will be willing to travel, work in the hot sun, and are not afraid of working heights.

In addition to these qualities, you will:

  • Have a driver's licence
  • Have a construction White Card
  • Be safety-minded
  • Be well presented
  • Have the ability to pass a Medical, Drug and Alcohol, and Police Check
