GFG Projects is a rapidly expanding full-service development and construction company delivering bespoke and high-quality projects across all industry sectors. As a part of the FKG Group, we are a highly experienced team who pride ourselves on adding value throughout a project's lifecycle.

Due to our growing project pipeline, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Manager to join the Toowoomba/ Darling Downs Region on a permanent basis. This rare opportunity will give you diversity across industry sectors, including multi-level construction. To be successful you will enjoy being hands-on, client focused, safety orientated and a lateral thinker who has a positive can-do approach.

Key capabilities and requirements include:

  • Current Open Site Supervisors Licence including Multi-Level Licence
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage individuals and high-performance site teams
  • Excellent technical construction skills with the ability to solve problems and think creatively
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in subcontractor management and a well-developed knowledge of contracts
  • Highly developed time management, scheduling, and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
