About the Role

As an Accountant in our Australian Real Estate Finance team, you'll:

  • Prepare and analyse fund statutory financial statements and management reports.

  • Oversee outsourced investment accounting services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Drive property trust tax compliance and support timely, accurate filings. 

  • Account for acquisitions and disposals, assist with year-end audits, and manage monthly BAS lodgements.

  • Manage daily cash transactions, interest payments, and compliance with bank debt covenants.

  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and shared success.

About You

You're a motivated, detail-oriented professional who:

  • Holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or similar and holds a CA/CPA 

  • Brings experience in fund accounting, investment management, or real estate finance.

  • Has strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and tax compliance.

  • Communicates with confidence and builds positive relationships.

  • Thrives in a collaborative, supportive team—where your voice is heard and your growth is championed.
