The Role

Our client based in Brisbane is  looking for a Senior Associate to work within their national Real Estate team.  In this role you will be working across a broad range of complex and high-profile transactions.

You'll advise clients from diverse sectors—such as infrastructure, government, healthcare, and finance—alongside experienced lawyers and partners across multiple offices services, including:

  • Major commercial developments, urban renewal, and infrastructure projects
  • Acquisitions and disposals across all property classes
  • Sale and leaseback arrangements
  • Joint ventures and co-ownership structures
  • Leasing and negotiations
  • Real estate aspects of M&A transactions
  • Subdivisions, securities enforcement, and financing matters

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, with flexible work options available.

You'll bring experience from a reputable real estate practice, with a background in the acquisition, development, and sale of property assets. Confident managing matters independently and collaboratively, you're commercially minded and proactive in contributing to business development. You're also eager to learn, grow, and support others as part of a high-performing team.
