Role Description

I am seeking a part-time/full time, Real Estate Sales Associate based in Brisbane City. This role is key in driving commercial property sales through proactive prospecting, admin support, marketing coordination and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Cold and warm calls, targeted prospecting, site research and maintaining a prospecting database.

Administrative Support:

Prepare and process Form 6, Sales Contracts, Heads of Agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Scheduling & Time Management:

Organise and set up daily appointments including client meetings, property/site inspections and follow-ups.

Marketing Coordination:

Work with the marketing team to develop campaign content and branding materials; assist with basic creatives as needed.

Campaign Follow-Up & Reporting:

Follow up with prospective buyers, maintain records, and prepare campaign reports for property owners.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Valid Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Prior residential or commercial real estate experience preferred
