Licensed Real Estate Agent or Registered Real estate Salesperson – Off-the-Plan & Completed Property Sales

Location: Various Sales Offices in Brisbane | Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time hours

We are seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Real Estate Agent (or Registered Salesperson) to join our sales team. This role involves working across various sales offices, selling both completed properties and off-the-plan developments.

About the Role:

You will represent a range of high-quality developments and completed properties, guiding clients through the purchasing process and providing exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with strong company systems, processes, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property presentations and attend sales offices to meet prospective buyers
  • Manage inquiries and follow up with leads to achieve sales targets
  • Provide accurate and professional advice on property options and purchase processes
  • Work in alignment with company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients

About You:

  • Must hold a current Real Estate License or be a Registered Real Estate Salesperson
  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and must be available to work weekends (including Sundays)
  • Previous real estate experience preferred, especially in project or off-the-plan sales
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remuneration:

  • Commission-only or Debit/Credit scheme available

  • Under the debit/credit scheme, commission is paid in advance at a weekly rate and deducted from commission payable when sales are made.

  • Generous commission structure and earning potential for the right candidate
