This is a rare opportunity to support a dynamic and outcome-driven CEO in a diverse, hands-on role that blends executive support, people coordination, and operational oversight.
You'll be the right-hand to a results-focused leader — managing day-to-day priorities, overseeing household and property operations, coordinating internal staff, and ensuring smooth communication across all areas of business and personal activity.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of both administrative and operational functions. You'll manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and projects, while also leading small team activities, overseeing supplier contracts, handling payments, and assisting with internal reports and proposal preparation.
This is a trusted, fast-moving position suited to someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and enjoys making things happen with accuracy and accountability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide hands-on support to the CEO across business and personal matters.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
- Oversee household and property management, including trades and services.
- Lead and support small team coordination and communication.
- Handle office operations, supplier contracts, and service agreements.
- Manage bill payments, supplier invoices, and financial tracking.
- Prepare internal reports and assist with proposal and tender submissions.
- Liaise confidently with staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
- Strong people management and coordination skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Financial and administrative confidence with reporting and budgets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workflow tools (Teams, ).
- Current driver's licence.
