Sales Executive
who thrives on
proactive pitching, building client trust, and winning new business

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for
selling our full suite of services
— from NetSuite consulting to IT systems administration, staff augmentation, and bookkeeping. You'll work with business owners, CFOs, CIOs, and operational leaders, showcasing how our services bring immediate and long-term value.

This is a high-impact
hunter role
with
generous incentives and uncapped commissions
for a proven closer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell our portfolio of services:
  • NetSuite ERP Solutions
    (licenses, support packages, implementation, integrations)
  • IT Systems Administration Packages
    (high-value, popular with existing clients)
  • Staff Augmentation Services
    (flexible resourcing for IT, finance, and operations)
  • Bookkeeping & Financial Services
    (outsourced finance, payroll, reporting)
  • Generate new business by proactively identifying, pitching, and converting prospects.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (CFOs, CIOs, Finance Managers, and Business Owners).
  • Deliver confident, tailored sales pitches and proposals that demonstrate value and ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Stay across industry trends and competitor offerings to sharpen positioning.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales
    , preferably in IT services, SaaS, ERP, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of
    winning new clients and exceeding targets
    .
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to sell multiple service lines and tailor pitches to client needs.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a hunter mentality.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing pipeline and reporting.
  • Degree in Business, IT, or Accounting (preferred but not essential).
