Part-Time Administration Role – Financial Planning Practice (Gold Coast)

We are a boutique financial planning practice based on the Gold Coast, dedicated to providing exceptional service and advice to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Administrator to join our team.

About the Role:

In this role, you will support our financial advisers and broader team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. This is a flexible office based part-time position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and values a supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing client records and documentation with accuracy

· Assisting with appointment scheduling and client communications

· Preparing and processing forms and applications

· Providing general office and administrative support

· Supporting the team in delivering an excellent client experience
