Overview

Join to apply for the Program Coordinator role at Davidson. Davidson is partnering with a leading utilities organisation embarking on a large-scale digital transformation. We are seeking a highly organised Program Coordinator to provide governance and support across program streams.

Base pay range

A$750.00/daily - A$850.00/daily

Responsibilities
  • Supporting stream leads with planning and project management.
  • Monitoring progress and preparing reports covering KPIs, risks, and issues.
  • Managing the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) register to ensure items are tracked and resolved.
  • Overseeing program budget management and financial accountability.
  • Coordinating steering committee packs, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Scheduling workshops and managing program calendars.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Program Coordinator on large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience with SAP Financials.
  • Proven experience with RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Prior experience within large scale organisations; the utilities sector is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple program streams.
