We're looking for a proven Creative Specialist to join Digital Minds and help bring concepts and ideas to life across some of the world's biggest brands.

Established in 2011, Digital Minds Group is an award-winning digital marketing agency with a no-nonsense approach and a collaborative culture. We partner with leading brands across retail, travel, and tech to deliver creative that not only looks great but performs.

With recent growth across the business, we're now building out our creative team further - and this is your chance to make an impact.

The Role

Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you'll be taking briefs and concepts and turning them into thumb-stopping creative. From social ads to short-form video to digital content, your work will power campaigns that deliver measurable results.

You'll also have the chance to be mentored by our Creative Director, sharpening your skills and refining your creative process while contributing your own expertise to the team.

What You'll Do

  • Transform briefs and concepts into high-quality, platform-first creative (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, etc.).
  • Produce engaging video, motion, and static assets designed to stop the scroll.
  • Collaborate with performance teams to understand what works and iterate quickly.
  • Present creative ideas with confidence and contribute fresh thinking to briefs.
  • Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and short-form content.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience delivering high-performing digital ads (agency or brand-side).
  • A portfolio of relevant work that showcases scroll-stopping social-first creative.
  • Strong skills in design, motion, and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising creativity.
  • A results-driven mindset and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with or managing external creators.
  • Familiarity with paid social ad platforms and ad creative best practices.
  • Knowledge of creative testing and optimisation.
