  • Strengthen inclusion and wellbeing outcomes for all children, particularly those with diverse backgrounds and additional needs.
  • Lead and inspire professionals and practice leaders dedicated to child-centred excellence.
  • Partner across CEEC's senior leadership to ensure every initiative advances our mission and purpose.

About You
You are a visionary leader and advocate for children, with deep expertise in early childhood education and a strong understanding of pedagogy, quality, and inclusion. You thrive in complex environments where influence, collaboration, and strategy are key.

You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (mandatory) and postgraduate qualifications in Education, Leadership, or a related field (highly regarded).

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into action.
  • A leadership style grounded in integrity, collaboration, and purpose.

Why Join CEEC?

  • Lead strategy and impact across one of Queensland's largest early education networks.
  • Be part of a high-performing senior leadership team shaping the future of early learning.
  • Work for a mission-led, values-based organisation committed to children's wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Competitive remuneration and benefits.
