This is a unique role for an ambitious chef who thrives on variety, innovation, and leadership. The chef should have experience working in a fast-paced environment that handles high volumes.

What We're Looking For


•    Proven experience: Minimum 5 years as a Head Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.


•    Leadership & team development: Someone who can recruit, train, inspire, and retain a motivated kitchen team.


•    Operational excellence: Strong understanding of food cost control, stock management, compliance, and rostering.


•    Creative edge: Ability to develop and execute seasonal menus across three distinct food concepts (breakfast & lunch café, Mexican street food, and rotisserie chicken shop).


•    Consistency: A sharp eye for quality, ensuring dishes are executed to standard every time.


•    Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple venues with different service styles.

Role Responsibilities


•    Oversee the day-to-day operations of all three kitchens.


•    Design, cost, and maintain menus in collaboration with management.


•    Maintain food safety standards


•    Work with suppliers to secure quality ingredients at competitive prices.


•    Implement kitchen systems for efficiency and smooth service.


•    Coordinate prep and production schedules to meet demand across venues.


•    Drive innovation with specials, events, and menu testing.
