Carlisle Homes are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our top-tier Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing a cutting-edge marketing strategy designed to instill confidence and excitement in our customers.

*In this role, you will be responsible for the following:*

  • Developing and maintaining a marketing communications and content plan. Working with internal team to execute into market.
  • Managing and briefing external stakeholders across a mix of brand, customer experience and retail campaigns.
  • Working with marketing team to develop strategic marketing plan.
  • Executing promotional retail campaign and display traffic generation activity.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to launch product and promote it into market.
  • Regular reporting and analysis to generate insights and develop new business opportunities.

*We are ideally seeking candidates with:*

  • Degree in Business or Communications (or equivalent qualification).
  • Prior experience in communication marketing.
  • Proven success in digital BAU management (website, EDM, SMS, SEO).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident delivery with strong conviction, alongside effective prioritisation and performance under pressure.
  • Demonstrated self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and proficiency with technology, especially in virtual environments.
  • Skilled in third-party supplier management and adaptable across various mediums, with a strong background in project management.
