We're looking for a Client Services Officer to join our growing Adelaide team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our incredible families, supporting our therapists, and making sure every person who walks through our door feels cared for.
What you'll do:
- Welcome families with warmth, empathy, and confidence
- Coordinate client appointment bookings and manage staff clinical diaries
- Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
- Process payments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Keep our front-of-house running smoothly
You're a match if you:
- Have experience in customer service, admin, or front-of-house roles (retail, hospitality, medical reception)
- Are organised, friendly, and thrive on getting things done
- Communicate clearly, listen well, and know when to pick up the phone instead of hitting send
- Love learning and pick things up quickly
- Share in what matters to us: integrity, accountability, growth mindset, grit, play, gratitude & connection
- NDIS exposure or experience is desirable, but not required
