About the Role
This role is the first point of contact for our clients and a vital support to the Adelaide Office and legal team. You will manage client communications, assist with file management, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet clients and manage front desk reception duties
· Respond to phone and email enquiries
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office
· Maintain accurate client records and assist with file management
· Assist Paralegals and Lawyers with workflow and administrative tasks
· Liaise with external stakeholders including referrers and service providers
About You
· 2+ years of experience in an administrative or client services role
· Previous experience in legal administration or professional services preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· High attention to detail and organisational ability
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excell and Outlook
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· A client-first mindset with a calm and professional manner
