Operations Coordinator

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Operations Coordinator to join our Personnel Logistics team based in West Perth, WA. This role provides operational support to the project managers, survey teams and offshore crew.

Responsibilities include:

• Arrange flights and accommodation for project personnel, onshore and offshore in line with project plans and roster requirements
• Book medicals, survival courses and required training to ensure crew qualifications meet vessel and client standards
• Raise purchase orders, check invoices, enter timesheet data and action progress reporting and project documentation into system
• Provide general administration support to support operations team
• Participate in after-hours/ weekend assistance on a roster basis

About You

We are looking for an approachable team player who is proactive, has a strong work ethic and most importantly a positive attitude. You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle competing priorities are essential.

Your success in securing this role will require:

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and can-do attitude
• Proficient administration and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work after-hours/ weekends on a roster basis
