About the role
This is a fundraising-focused role where you'll drive revenue growth through strategic donor acquisition, stewardship, and engagement. You'll manage a portfolio of philanthropic donors, corporate partners, and foundations, developing tailored plans to deepen relationships and increase giving. Working closely with internal teams, you'll contribute to revenue growth through events, campaigns, and bespoke initiatives, ensuring every supporter experiences meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Donor engagement and portfolio management
- Achieve philanthropy and corporate fundraising targets through proactive donor and partner acquisition.
- Create long-term supporter relationships with compelling proposals and value-driven partnerships.
- Accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data management
- Maximise fundraising outcomes from Starlight signature events and bespoke initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to develop and present proposals that align with donor and partner motivations
*About you* You're a strategic relationship builder with a passion for making a difference. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a donor-centric approach. You bring:
- Fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, or major gifts
- Exceptional communication, proposal writing, and presentation abilities
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven with a focus on donor experience
- Tertiary qualification in fundraising, business, communications, or related field.
