About the Role
As an Assistant Project Officer, you will contribute specifically to program delivery outcomes supporting the full grant program life cycle from program design, launch and assessment, contract management and acquittals, reporting and project management support. You will join the Fostering Innovation branch within Investment NSW group. Our branch is responsible for leading innovation policy, supporting startup and scaleup success, and driving data-informed decision-making across the NSW Government's economic development agenda.
We're Looking For
- Project Coordination & Delivery: Ability to support and implement project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery aligned with cost and quality standards.
- Documentation & Compliance: Proficient in maintaining accurate records, updating documentation, and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and provide clear updates on project progress and issues.
- Administrative & Secretariat Support: Ability to prepare reports and deliver administrative services that enable smooth project execution.
