Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Management team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex adviser queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Oversee portfolio administration, adviser reporting cycles, and tax reporting processes.
  • Manage workload allocation and workflow efficiency across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance through robust quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to meet adviser needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and adviser satisfaction.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for new and existing staff.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure service standards and SLAs are achieved.
  • Represent the Account Management team in adviser calls and business initiatives

Profile

  • 5+ years' experience in wealth management operations, investment platforms, or related financial services.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of portfolio administration, reporting, and adviser support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled in process improvement, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
  • Collaborative and supportive, fostering a positive team culture.
