Join a leading investment management firm based in Sydney, where we build and run our own systems—from infrastructure and codebases to process automation and operations. We're looking for an IT professional ready to step into a role with real breadth and meaningful exposure to the inner workings of portfolio management, trading, research, and client management.

The Opportunity

Join a highly capable, tight-knit technology group embedded with investment teams. You'll work alongside Linux/Windows engineers, developers, and investment professionals to keep critical internal systems running smoothly, including thousands of jobs processed daily. This is a hands-on, varied role spanning on-prem hardware and systems, scripting, monitoring, automation, and business-facing support—not siloed into one area.

About You


• Degree in Computer Science or related field.


• Minimum 3–5+ years in IT—e.g., systems, scripting, software, or operations.


• AI-savvy and tech-forward graduates deeply encouraged to apply.


• "Comfortable in Windows and/or Linux environments; scripting skills (e.g., SQL, Python).


• Hungry to learn, ready to own tasks, excited to work closely with the business.


• High attention to detail; consistently reliable.


• Strong team player— Naturally collaborative, open and cooperative.
