About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Love & Co as a Residential Sales Assistant.

Based in the Northern Suburbs, this opportunity will give the successful candidate the chance to work and grow side by side with one of the top operators in the area. You will be an integral part of our success, helping clients achieve their property goals through exceptional service and expertise.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and prospecting for new sales opportunities in the local market
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
  3. Conducting comprehensive market research to stay up-to-date on local property trends
  4. Organising and hosting open house inspections and private viewings
  5. Negotiating sales deals to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
  6. Maintaining detailed client records and providing regular progress updates
  7. Contributing to the overall growth and success of the Love & Co residential sales team

What we're looking for

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate or property industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in using real estate software and digital marketing tools
  5. A passion for the local property market and a drive to succeed
  6. A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
