We're now looking for a
Meta Ads Specialist
to join us on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role focused on setting up, managing, and optimising client campaigns so they deliver strong results and a measurable ROI. You'll be brought in on a per-client basis with the opportunity for consistent work as our client base grows.

The Role

As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management — from strategy and creative input through to optimisation and reporting. You'll work directly with our team to ensure campaigns align with funnel strategy and client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Setup
  • Plan and launch Meta Ads campaigns aligned with client objectives.
  • Graphic Design and creative asset collection
  • Build out, manage and optimise campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, bidding, and creative to improve results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce CPL and increase ROI.
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Provide clear reports and insights on campaign performance.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to the internal team.

About You

  • 2–3+ years of Meta Ads experience
  • Proven track record of delivering leads and ROI for service-based businesses.
  • Strong grasp of sales funnels, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
  • Confident with Ads Manager, pixel setup, and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts.
