Marketing / Meta Specialist – Panettiere Developments

Full-Time | Newstead, Brisbane

Panettiere Developments is looking for a talented Marketing / Meta Specialist to be at the heart of two of Brisbane's most exciting projects: the ORO Newstead development and the Little Italy Precinct.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our Marketing & Sales Manager to design and deliver a go-to-market launch campaign, then drive the ongoing growth of these iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Run and grow multiple social media pages.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, signage, and content creation.
  • Produce eye-catching graphic design materials to elevate brand presence.
  • Ensure cohesive, creative execution across all marketing channels.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in marketing or digital advertising (5+ preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and social media management.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Graphic design skills are essential.
  • Real estate or property development marketing experience is a huge bonus.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organised with a passion for delivering results.
